Terms and conditions


Signé Sarah offers delivery in Canada to the United States and Europe only. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible in the order in which they were made. We aim to deliver an order within 1-7 working days of confirmation. Deliveries to remote areas may take a few extra days. Although we try to deliver orders within the advertised time frame, delivery may be delayed by unforeseen circumstances. The delivery charges applied may depend on the address of the recipient's residence.

In the unfortunate event that a breakage is caused during the delivery of your package, please contact us as soon as possible by email at service@signesarah.ca with photo proof of products received *unopened* and as received upon receipt. We will then take the necessary measures to rectify the situation.

Wrong address

In the event of non-delivery due to a wrong or incomplete address written by the customer, the following procedures apply:

In the case of shipment by regular mail (no tracking number), a return delay to the company by Canada Post (approximately 10 working days) will be considered. If this envelope is finally received by the company, delivery charges will again apply for shipping this order to the customer. It is possible that this envelope was lost and never returned to the company. In this case, the customer will not be reimbursed for the order. Every Day Counts accepts no responsibility for incorrect delivery information entered by the customer.

In the case of expedited shipping (with tracking number), the customer may call Canada Post to track the package and attempt to correct the incorrect address. If the package is returned to the company, delivery charges will apply again for shipping this order to the customer.

Order processing time

Signé Sarah currently takes 1 to 2 working days to fufill your order.

Then there is the delivery time, depending on the delivery method you have chosen. We do not guarantee carrier delivery times. Delays are beyond our control.

E-mails will be sent regularly to inform you of the status of your order.



We hope that your purchases will meet your expectations and your needs. Our products are considered as underwear and for reasons of hygiene, Signé Sarah does not accept any return or exchange of goods/products received in store and on delivery.

No refunds or price adjustments will be possible during sales such as Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday, Boxing Day or any other promotions temporarily available.
