A stocking is a shorter tight. Same nylon, same knit, different length. That is the only thing separating them.

Our Prima stockings stop at the ankle, the knee or the thigh, depending on what the outfit needs. Same Italian textile as our Prima Durable tights, same holding waistband, simply less length.

The Mini gives the finish of a nylon under trousers or with flats, without the warmth of a full tight. The Midi comes up to the knee and works under a long skirt or trousers. The Mi-Cuisse stays up on its own lace band, no suspenders needed.

Prima stockings belong to the Durables range, not the Deluxe Unbreakables. They last far longer than an ordinary pair, but the run-resistant formula belongs to the Deluxe.

Wash by hand or on cold in a wash bag, and air dry.

Which length should I choose?

Do the Mi-Cuisse stockings stay up without suspenders?

Yes. The Mi-Cuisse Prima are self-holding: a silicone lace band grips the thigh without slipping. The grip lasts up to around thirty wears depending on care and how often they are worn. Wipe the silicone band gently with a damp cloth every few wears to preserve it.

How do I wash my stockings?

Hand wash, or machine wash cold in a mesh bag, and air dry. Avoid velcro, stone-set rings and rough nails.
