How do I find the closest store?
The map on our Store Locator page searches by city or postal code and shows the nearest shops. It is the most reliable source, because it changes when the network changes, and a retailer list in a blog post never will. If you are outside Québec, the simplest shortcut is Simons: our tights are carried in all of their stores, coast to coast.
Why is the colour I want not in the store?
Because a retailer carries a selection, not the whole catalogue. Black is almost always there, nude very often, and the rest depends on the retailer. Groupe Caron carries the widest choice, with five shades, which makes their shops the best bet if you want to see more than black and nude in person before deciding.

Can I order online and pick up in person?
Yes. Choose the "Store pickup" option at checkout: no shipping charge applies, and you will get a notice when the order is ready to collect at the warehouse, at #106, 505 boulevard Richelieu, Richelieu, QC.
One detail that saves a wasted trip: we are not always at the warehouse. Place the order online first and book a pickup time, rather than turning up on the off chance.
Do I need to try them on first?
No, which is good news when the nearest shop is an hour away. Size comes from two measurements only, your height and your hip measurement, and you keep the size matching the larger of the two. If you are torn between two sizes, take the larger one, and message us through the chat bubble with both measurements if you want us to check it with you.
Which pair should a first-timer buy?
The Deluxe Unbreakable Black. It is the most resistant model in the catalogue, it is the one retailers choose to stock, and black is the easiest shade to wear. If you would rather compare the ranges first, the Our Tights page puts them side by side.
